WEB APPLICATIONS

Custom web systems tailored to your business processes

When off-the-shelf software cannot keep up with the specifics of your business, we build a tool from scratch. We create custom web applications — CRM systems, management panels, data integrators, B2B platforms — that work exactly the way your processes do, not the other way around. Every project starts with requirements analysis and data flow mapping before a single line of code is written. The result is on target and saves time on later revisions.

We write in clean code — Next.js, .NET Core, PHP — we choose the technology to match the problem, not the trend. We manage projects end-to-end: from UX/UI design, through development and testing, to training and long-term maintenance. We do not disappear after project delivery — we are your technical partner for the next stages of system development.

SYSTEMS AND INTEGRATIONS

CRM, management systems, and integrators that connect your tools

We build CRM systems tailored to the way your team works — from lead management and sales funnels, through project and task management, to real-time reports and analytics. We integrate the CRM with email, forms, the online store, and other tools so that customer data flows automatically and is always up to date in one place. No manual transfers, no duplicates.

We design and implement integrators between systems — connecting ERP with the online store, wholesalers with e-commerce platforms, CRM with mailing tools. We also build custom B2B portals: ordering platforms, client panels, and quoting systems. Every solution is documented and delivered with full training — your team understands the tool and can use it without ongoing dependence on us.

FAQ

What do our clients most often ask before deciding to work with us?

How is a custom application different from off-the-shelf software?

Off-the-shelf software (e.g., Salesforce, Basecamp, a ready-made CRM) is designed for a broad audience — it includes features you'll never use while lacking the ones that are critical for your business. You pay for a license regardless of how much of the system's capabilities you actually use.
A custom application is a system built specifically around your processes. No unnecessary modules, no UX compromises. It costs more upfront, but it's your property and scales with your business without increasing licensing fees.

What technologies do you use to build applications?

We choose technology based on the problem, not on trends. We work with:
  • Next.js / React — modern frontends and web applications,
  • .NET Core (C#) — complex backend systems, APIs, enterprise integrations,
  • PHP (WordPress, custom systems) — CMS, e-commerce, content platforms,
  • Node.js — real-time services, websockets, microservices.

Every project is technically documented so you're never dependent on a specific developer — any competent developer will be able to take over the project.

How much does a custom application cost?

The cost depends on the project scope: number of modules, complexity of business logic, external integrations, and UX/UI requirements. Simple management panels start at several thousand dollars, while complex B2B platforms or ERP systems can cost significantly more.
We prepare a quote after a free requirements analysis — only when we know what the system needs to do and what processes it should handle can we provide an accurate figure. We don't price applications based on a general description.

How long does a web application project take?

The timeline depends on the system's complexity. Roughly:
  • Simple admin panel — 4–8 weeks,
  • CRM or integrator with several modules — 2–4 months,
  • Complex B2B platform or ERP system — 4+ months.

At every stage you have visibility into progress and the ability to review. We work iteratively — after each sprint we deliver a working piece of the system for testing.

Who owns the code after deployment?

You do. After the project is completed and payment is settled, we transfer full rights to the source code to you. There are no licensing fees or dependency on us as the creators. You can continue developing the application with us, with another provider, or with your own technical team.

Do you provide application maintenance after launch?

Yes. We offer subscription-based maintenance and development — including monitoring, dependency updates, security patches, incident support, and planned development of new features. Terms are set individually depending on the system's criticality and required SLA.
We don't disappear after delivering the project — we remain your technical partner for the next stages.

What is system integration and when do I need it?

System integration means connecting two or more applications so they exchange data automatically. You need it when:
  • you use multiple tools (store, CRM, warehouse, ERP) that don't communicate with each other,
  • you manually export and import data between systems,
  • your team enters the same data in multiple places,
  • you want a single view of data from different sources.

We build custom integrators that synchronize data in real time or at set intervals, handle errors, and log change history.

Can the application be expanded after deployment?

Yes, and we build applications with future growth in mind. The architecture is designed to be modular — new features can be added without rebuilding the whole system. Technical documentation and code handover make expansion possible with us or with any other team.
Many of our projects start as an MVP (minimum viable product) and then grow based on actual user needs — this is cheaper and safer than building everything at once.
