AUTOMATIONS

More sales. Less manual work. Automations for businesses and online stores.

Automation is not a gimmick — it is a way to make your business run more efficiently without hiring additional people. We build sales flows, email sequences, and system integrations that work 24/7: sending messages at the right moment, passing data between platforms, and handling repetitive tasks without human involvement. Every flow is preceded by a process analysis — we map the customer journey and touchpoints so the automation truly hits the mark.

We work with tools like Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and many others — we choose what makes sense for the specific business, not what we happen to know best. Implemented automations are documented and delivered with full training — you understand what works, and you can modify and expand it yourself.

NEWSLETTER AND MAILING

Newsletter automation and email sequences that sell

We design and implement complete email flows: from a welcome sequence for new subscribers, through automatic follow-ups after abandoned carts, to reactivation campaigns for inactive customers. We segment lists based on user behavior — what they clicked, what they bought, when they last engaged — and tailor the message to each specific group. The result: higher open rates, higher CTR, and more conversions at a lower cost per unit.

For online stores, we build complete e-commerce automation ecosystems: integrations between the store platform and the email system, CRM, and analytics tools. Customer data, orders, and abandoned cart information flow automatically to the right places — no manual exports, no delays, no errors. Your store gains consistency and the ability to act in real time.

FAQ

What do our clients most often ask before deciding to work with us?

What is business process automation?

Business process automation means replacing manual, repetitive tasks with the work of a software system. Instead of manually transferring data between applications, sending each email separately, or updating order statuses, these tasks are handled by a flow — a sequence of actions triggered automatically based on defined conditions.
The result is time savings, elimination of human error, and the ability to scale operations without proportionally increasing costs.

What automation tools do you use?

We work with a wide range of tools, selecting them based on specific needs. We most commonly use:
  • Make (Integromat) — advanced, visual flow building between any applications,
  • Zapier — quick integrations for less complex processes,
  • Klaviyo — email and SMS automation for e-commerce,
  • ActiveCampaign / Mailchimp — email sequences and lead nurturing,
  • n8n — open-source for companies that need full control over their data.

We choose the tool that makes sense for your business and budget, not whatever happens to be trendy.

How much does implementing automation cost?

The cost depends on the complexity of processes and the number of integrated tools. Simple automations (e.g., a welcome email after newsletter signup) cost a few hundred dollars as a one-time fee. Complex ecosystems with multiple applications, segmentation, and branching flows are an investment of several thousand dollars.
On top of that, there's the subscription cost for the chosen tool (e.g., Make, Klaviyo), which you arrange directly with the provider. After implementation, you receive full documentation and training — there are no ongoing costs on our end unless you opt for subscription-based maintenance and development.

How long does it take to implement automation?

Simple integrations between two applications can be launched within 1–3 business days. More complex projects — involving process analysis, data mapping, testing, and training — typically take 1–4 weeks.
The implementation timeline is primarily affected by the completeness of your process documentation and access to your tools. The faster you provide the necessary information, the sooner the automation starts working.

Can I modify the automation on my own after implementation?

Yes. We document all implemented flows and hand them over with comprehensive training — you'll understand what happens at each step, how to change conditions, add a new trigger, or handle an exception. Tools like Make and Zapier have a visual interface that allows self-service modifications without programming knowledge.
However, if you'd prefer us to handle automation development — we offer subscription-based technical support.

What processes can be automated in my business?

We most commonly automate:
  • Lead management — notifications, follow-ups, adding to CRM,
  • Email marketing — welcome sequences, abandoned carts, re-engagement,
  • Order management — status synchronization, invoices, customer notifications,
  • Reporting — automated spreadsheets with data from multiple sources,
  • Data flow between systems — store ↔ CRM ↔ warehouse ↔ email tools.

If you have a process that you perform manually and regularly — there's a very good chance it can be automated.

Is automation right for my company if I'm a small business?

Absolutely. Automations are especially valuable for small businesses because they let you operate like a larger company without hiring additional staff. An email sequence for 100 subscribers works exactly the same as for 100,000 — the cost of execution is the same.
We'll start with the processes that consume most of your time and deliver the fastest return. You don't have to automate everything at once — a good strategy is one well-functioning flow that can be expanded over time.

Can I contact you after implementation if there are issues?

Yes. After every implementation, we provide a post-launch support period during which we address any issues and questions. If you want ongoing access to technical support long-term, we'll prepare a subscription offer tailored to your needs — ongoing maintenance, flow expansion, and priority response to tickets.
